You are responsible for all files you upload to the Service. Files must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy. We may impose file size and type limitations, as well as storage quotas based on your subscription plan.
Messages, channels, and communication content are user-generated and your responsibility. You are responsible for ensuring your communications comply with applicable laws and these Terms.
Documents, wikis, and workspace content are user-generated and your responsibility. You retain ownership of your content, but you grant us a license to use, store, and display your content as necessary to provide the Service.
AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all AI outputs before using them. We are not liable for any consequences resulting from your use of AI-generated content.
You retain ownership of all content you create, upload, or store on the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
You may not upload, post, or transmit any content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable.
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Astracollab and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
You retain ownership of your user content. By using the Service, you grant us a license to use, store, and display your content as necessary to provide the Service. This license terminates when you delete your content or account, except to the extent we need to retain it for legal or operational purposes.
If you purchase a subscription, you agree to pay all fees associated with your subscription plan. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) and are non-refundable except as required by law.
We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time. Price changes will be communicated to you in advance and will apply to subsequent billing cycles.
Overage charges may apply if you exceed the limits of your subscription plan. You are responsible for monitoring your usage and upgrading your plan if necessary.
All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes, which you are responsible for paying.
AI features are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all AI-generated content before using it.
We do NOT use your files, documents, messages, or other content for training AI models. Your content remains private and is not used to improve AI models.
We have opted out of training on all third-party AI services we use (such as OpenAI API, Google Gemini, etc.). Your content sent to these services is not used for model training. We have configured our integrations to ensure your data is not used for training purposes.
You may not use AI features to:
AI features may be subject to availability, rate limits, and other restrictions. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue AI features at any time.
When using AI features, third-party AI service terms apply. However, we have ensured training opt-out where available to protect your privacy.
If you use our API, you agree to comply with our API terms of use, including rate limiting and usage restrictions. API keys must be kept secure and not shared with unauthorized parties.

We strive to maintain high service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The Service may be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.
AI features may produce errors, inaccuracies, or inappropriate content. You assume all risks when using AI features. We are not liable for any consequences resulting from your use of AI-generated content.
Messages and communications are not guaranteed to be private or secure. While we implement security measures, we cannot guarantee absolute security of communications.
We are not responsible for user-generated content in messages, documents, or workspaces. You are solely responsible for your content and any consequences of sharing it.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Astracollab and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with:
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using account deletion features. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.
Upon termination, we may delete your account and data, subject to our data retention policies and legal obligations. We are not obligated to retain your data after termination.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved exclusively in the state and federal courts located in Marin County, California. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection to the venue of such courts.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Astracollab regarding the Service.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect.
You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms without restriction.
We are not liable for any failure to perform our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
